What is causing stress?
Stress is a normal response to external demands that can affect our health. It can lead to illnesses such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and many more if not managed properly.
Stress may result from a large number of factors including but not limited to:
Various factors including allergens, bacteria and viruses, chemicals, dehydration, emotional issues, employment, exercise, fast foods, financial problems, fungi, genetically altered foods, headaches, heavy metals, irradiation of foods, lack of sleep, low self-concept, medical conditions, microwave radiation, nutritional deficiencies, overworking, pain, parasites, prescription drugs, psychological conditions, and relationship problems can cause stress.
